This is a Supreme Court of New Mexico that also ruled non English speaking jurors who don’t understand the proceedings are qualified to sit on a jury. So rather than the jury serving as a peer group if you will of the defendant meaning the defendants right to have said peer group decide his or her innocence or guilt the Court ruled that judges and attorneys must make reasonable efforts to protect the rights of non English speaking citizens to serve on juries without regards to their competency even if with an interpreter they don’t understand the proceedings. Daniel Greenfield stated in certain terms: “that a juror functioning through an interpreter is completely unacceptable as it adds an inappropriate second layer to the proceedings and inhibits competence.” [165]
Since 2003 and only two years after 9/11 New Mexico has provided drivers licenses to illegal immigrants although this practice has now been endorsed in Illinois, Maryland, Oregon, Washington D.C. and Washington State. Utah issues privilege cards that are not to be used for identification. She said that fraud was rampant. New Mexico State Representative Candy Spence Ezzell {R} Roswell has been among the leading critics of licensing illegal immigrants. She said the system has not increased the number of insured motorists and she feared the law would devalue New Mexico licenses to the point that they would not be considered valid identification. We should listen to any elected representative from Roswell, New Mexico. After all they know a thing or two about alien arrivals!

So for the paltry sum of $18.00 for a four year license or $34.00 for an eight year license [166] New Mexico is undercutting national security as we are now only as strong as our weakest link in defending the county against attacks both foreign and domestic relying on an underpaid DMV teller somewhere deep in rural New Mexico like Sunland Park to prevent another and worse version of September 11, 2001.
I mean really how long do we have to continue living with and under the rule of these really, fucked up, narcissist-hedonistic, self indulgent, atheistic assholes? Maybe it’s time to vote with our feet and leave New Mexico and never return like me and when the attack happens and God forbid it may; can we charge those that voted to relax the standards in any state authorizing such documents with treason and after a trial by a jury of their peers dispatch the guilty to their new but hopefully temporary home on death row?
